Refund policy

The below policy applies to purchases made through the official website.

 

  • Returns/exchanges must be made within 72hours from the delivery date.

  • Store credits are valid up to 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

  • All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with the original return tags attached. Hence, eligible for return & Exchange.

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item inform us within 48 hours at the outline.tm@gmail.com with your order number, image and description of the issue. Refund will be issued within 8-10 working days of receiving the piece back at the facility.                                                                                                                     

     

  • Any issues reported after 48hrs will not be considered for replacement as the package has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control. 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as items with makeup stains, or those carrying any scent (perfume, etc.) will not be accepted. customised orders, sale items, and store credits, cannot be returned.

  • EXCHANGE POLICY- In cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size or style. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 6 months. In case of style exchanges, the exchange must be selected from the products currently available on the website. As we work on limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold out collections will not be accepted. All exchanges are final.
